Bottle (in NZ), golden with a haze and a foam white head. Good malty aroma (surely maris malt) with some proper floral hops. Smooth mouthfeel, the malt palate is a bit light, with a touch of sweetness. Moderate bitterness in the peppery hop finish. Enjoyable quaffer.

May 11, 2009 Unpasteurised and unfiltered 500ml bottle bought at The Baltic Fleet in Liverpool and shared with Magne and CinnamonGirl. Hazy, golden amber. White head that fades away fairly quickly. Fresh aroma of fruits. Pineapples and grapefruit shells in flavour supplied by spicy hints. Bitter endnotes. A bit thin on the swallow, but overall pleasant and likeable (04.05.2009).

Light unclear golden yellow color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, lemon, medicine, light drain aroma. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (130508)

Jun 17, 2008 Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Booths, Longton, Lancs. Gold with white head. Flowery aroma leading to a dry, floral bitterness. Really good hop notes for a low ABV BCA, long dry finish, lots of peachy notes. Pretty decent.

Jun 12, 2008 Gold, very slightly hazy, with a white head. My first reaction to the aroma was ’fruity homebrew’, however a pleasant citric edge developed which was also present in the taste, together with the very slightest sweetness and some soapiness. Thenceforward it was all dry and hoppy.

May 11, 2008 bottle with tashi and ethereal. Fruity nose with quite a bit of lactic acid. Gold hazy in colour, not really any head to talk about. Very hoppy and still fruity in body, almost earthy finish. very chalky mouthfeel.

Mar 29, 2008 Bottle at home with renffisch and tashi. Very hoppy aroma, with peach/nectarine too. Gold with a thin white head. Peppery hop flavour with a salty note. Quite chalky on the palate too.

Jan 6, 2008 Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy combined with notes of sirup. The flavor is sweet with strong grassy notes of hops as well as some notes of elderberries.
