Commercial Description:
Editor’s note: Brewed by Djævlebryg at Brøckhouse, Hillerød, Denmark.

English: An accumbent experience; that is one way of describing the adventure ’Nekron’. A discrete smoky character from both peat and beech smoked malt defines the bottom layer. In the middle, a light caramel sweetness and the vinous alchohol take over. The roasted malts and barley add notes of coffee, chocolate, and roasted rye bread. The moderate hop bitterness mixes willingly with the whole. Nekron can easily stand alone but enjoys the company of heavier dishes or chocolate rich desserts.

500ml bottle, black color, with a pillowy tan-colored head, mild toasted, roasted, wheat malt, chocolatey nose, with some light dark dried fruity notes, and a faint burnt toast, roasted coffee bean. black coffee accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, smooth roasted, toasted, wheaty, chocolate malt character with some mocha, choclate icecream flavors, with a mild toasted coffee bean undertone, with a faint dark dried fruity accent and a hint of burnt toast, leading towards a warming, chocolatey, dark coffee, roasty bitterness finish.
