Aroma: Sour fruits, sweet malts, oak, wheat
Taste: Tart, but some nice fruit, oak and sweet malts
This was a good sour beer. Not so sour that you loose your tastebuds and couldn’t taste anything else in the beer, but enough that you know your drinking a sour ale that was brewed great. nbutler11 (858), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 21, 2010 Acquired through a trade via glouglouburp in an attempt to console ajm’s box-jacking fiasco. Probably the best CL beer I’ve had, thus far. Reminds me a lot of RR Temptation. Pours golden in color with a white head. Loaded in aroma and flavor with tangerines, pepper, yeast, green grapes, and underripe citrus. I would drink this again, for sure.
