Cask & Bottled.
It was only a matter of time before the original BrewDog got his paws in on the action. This egotistical young lab has decided to make a beer which best reflects himself.
This is the beer equivalent of the big, cute chocolate monster.
Soft, smooth, dark, chocolately and very strong. This gentle giant will never bite but would much rather give you a big lick on the face.
NOTE: This beer and Old World Russian Imperial Stout ARE definitely the same beer. Direct, verbatim quote from James Watt follows.

Kolor czarny, nieco przeblyskuje na brzegach, piana brązowa, drobna, powoli redukuje do cienkiej i trwalej tafli, lekko zdobi szkło. Aromat czekolada, nuty kawy i likierowe. Wytrawne, wyraźnie palone i przyjemnie goryczkowe. Nasycenie niskie, pasujące. Proste i dobre.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2019 Utseende sort med beige skum. Aroma røster malt kaffe sjokolade. Smak mørk sjokolade kaffe lakris røster malt noe vanilje og humle. Smaksrik og kraftig. Smakt Juli 13

Smell - strong, dark chocolate roast, little tingling sensation.
Foam - medium think to think, soft, constant chocolate bitterness for tongue, low if any carbonation.
Taste - quite strong bitterness, witch chocolate tones and alcohol tones. Later gets a bit better. Also some sweetness, bit too much bitterness with alcohol tones for me.
Will not buy again. So reducing overall score a bit.

Wrzucone do piwnicy dnia 31.10.2015. Piana beżowa, opadając zdobi szkło. Aromat niezbyt intensywny, troszkę czekolady, trochę owocków z utlenienia, jakieś takie kwaskowo-drożdżowe klimaty poza tym. A, no i leciutki zmywacz do paznokci. W smaku raczej wodniste, kwaskowe, niewiele ciała. Na plus solidna, palona goryczka. Dość wysokie wysycenie. Lipa, kiepsko się zestarzało.

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn. Black colour, beige creamy head. Aroma is roasty, coffee, bit ashy. Taste of coffee, very dark chocolate, roasty. Hops in aftertaste. Almost full body, but still very easily drinkable, smooth carbonation. Very creamy texture. Quite well covered alcohol. Nice stout, roasty and hoppy.

Keg, BD Lothian Road. Nitro version. This is as smooth and creamy as an impy stout could get. Darkest brown, lively creamy tan head. Loads of toast and roast all round, a little bit of booze heat. Yummy.

Creamy beige head, very black body. Strong aroma of coffee and motor oil in balance, some licorice. Flavour is good greasy roasted barley with dark roasted espresso, soya sauce, sea salt. A good drinkable heavy stout.

Black color with small brown head. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Bittersweet chocolate and light malty bitter taste. Quite good, but it needs to be more complex.
