Mine had some floating particulate in it that honestly wasn’t very attractive. Aroma was citrus, corriander, and pale malt. Flavor was the same. Well balanced, light, and refreshing. Body was a little watery, but it was nice after working in the yard (it was 95 degrees today). Similar to a Wittekerke, but with a little more depth of flavor. Nice Witbier. vyvvy (2129), Florissant, Missouri, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 8, 2007 Pours hazy yellow with a large fizzy white head. The aroma has noticeable orange and coriander with light wheat sweetness and pepper. Medium / light body that is on the husky side with some sharp biting carbonation. The flavor starts fairly sharp and astringent with some grainy wheat malt and strong pepper spice. The finish adds a hint of bitter orange and some coriander. The finish mellows out the sharp start. An okay wit, but nothing too special. morrdt (620), Jacksonville, Florida, USA

I’m not sure why every stinking beer company thinks they need to release a summer ale as a Belgian White Ale. In case you haven’t noticed, Summer is mother truckin’ hot. A nice refreshing beer is going to go down smooth, without all that cloudy residue. Screw you f’n people, this beer has no business being sold during the summer, nor does any other cloudy beer trying to stake a claim for summer. Rename your beers Autumn White and get out of the habit of following the leader. Do your own thing.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 5, 2007 Very pale yellow/golden pour with a medium white head.. lots of bubbles. Strong coriander smell. Very smooth body, enticing like champagne. Flavor is very light featuring coriander but keeps a very good balance. Somewhat sour/acidic. A good American attempt. beerinmarch (2830), Washington, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 4, 2007 Very floral and big citrus and coriander nose. Wheat was light, smooth palate that just pulsed spices. I don’t know where the get off saying "touch of spices", very dominate and perfumie beer. Like fresh Hoogarden or like a smoother and less crisp Blue Moon. Lighter on the palate without the crisp hopped finish of some wits. thegreenrooster (1891), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 3, 2007 Pour is a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is nice with tons of coriander and yeast. Flavor is a little weaker with some oragne peel showing up but nothing really else. Stil this is a just ok example of the style. Nothing great but not to bad. Cletus (5127), Connecticut, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 26, 2007 Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of citrus, some coriander. Tastes of cumin, coriander and citrus. A bit forced and more like a hefeweizen with coriander thrown in than a witbier. Touche (57), New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 24, 2007 Looked promising. Wasn’t as good as expected. Poured a cloudy tan/yellow with bits of orange and wheat floating around. Smelled citrusy. Could taste the orange with faint wheat taste but overall thin and watery flavor. Nice carbonation, but still fell a little flat (pun intended) Decent enough to try and you’re feeling adventurous but once will probably be enough.
