Golden amber, persistent long lasting soft white head. Citrus & floral smells. Light and fresh in the mouth, sweet and fruity (citrus, apple, grape) flavors, only mildly bitter with an unusual tangy sour finish. Strange beer, a little thin perhaps. Improved as I went on...perhaps I served a little cold.

Bottle. Just hazy gold, an inch of off-white head. Smells yeasty with biscuits, pine, grass and particularly citrus. There’s some malt sweetness and a yeasty touch but it’s all rather masked by pronounced citrus sourness. Very much in Coopers green territory.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows resinous and grassy hops, with light sweet clean malt in the background. Flavours include more clean malt with some hops that can only be described as sharp and clean, with a faint bitterness following. Soft, creamy carbonation.

Out of a 330ml bottle on 31/12/2009. Golden brew with a decent head, quite cloudy, with quite a bit of yeast sediment. No strong aroma, just a hint of grass and citrus. Taste wise, it’s very lemony - almost more sour than bitter. It feels a little thin in the mouth. A slightly puzzling, unusual beer, which doesn’t quite hit the mark.

This is a beer that takes a few mouthfulls to really appreciate. Initially it is nothing flash, perhaps a bit of a coopers meets VB, but upon further tasting opens up a bit. Aroma is a mix of light lemon and pine, appearence is a murky amber with lasting thin white head. Initial flavour is light malt that moves in to a range of citrus that finishes with a long hoppy/pine finish.

...bottle. Well, this was an ok beer, but nothing special. It was very fresh and cleansing, but I didn’t like the pine notes. It had some apple flavor that complemented the clean, light flavors. Finished clean, dry with pine. Decent.

Draught at The Local Taphouse, Sydney. Pours light golden with a small white head. Skunky grainy aroma with notes of lemon. The same flavour. Thin mouthfeel and finish sour. Not a good beer at all.

Orange colour with a small head. Ornage citrus taste. Another Little Creature (Nevada Pale Ale) clone but fluffier. Sudsy and a little on the home brew side.
