Light hoppy aroma and a medium palate. Finish is bitter, hoppy, nicely balanced ending, not bad for 3.5% alcohol.

The taste, hmm...nothing. Acidic water without hops, brewing cereals or something else. This one should be named Alpen Water. Doggythedog (1757), Split, Croatia

Poured a pale golden body with a small-medium white head that went away relatively slowly. Very light vegetabley aroma, blah. Watery yet dry taste, NOTHING in it. NOTHING. Some acidity. Hungarian supermarket beer level, possibly lower than most. I guess it’s a bit of an art, ruining water like that. heavy (902), Split, Croatia

Aroma of some herbal hops, bit papery but fine enough. Flavor is a bit malty, watery, nothing offensive, but almost bland. Well, what else can be expected from a light beer. Some grass hops in the finish. OK and drinkable, but really boring. DruncanVeasey (2945), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Aug 9, 2009 Tin on the roof in Firenze. Hideous copper penny, corn, soap, slight dung, mop bucket and potato peel aroma with some salvaging spruce, mercifully deadened by a fleeting head of fluff. Plastic cup, last year’s Xmas tree needles, empty cereal box and postage stamp flavour with faint aspirin sprinkles. Pretty standard issue Italian supermarket effort in actual fact. Nastro tastes like Hardcore IPA after this. At least they had the decency to only charge me 39c for it. NaturalIce (115), originally from Michigan, New York, USA

Smells like Kix cereal after sitting in milk for an hour. I didn’t bother pouring it in a glass but the bottle isn’t exactly that great (I wouldn’t advertise the 3.5% in bold white font, either!) Flavor is... non-existant. Blah. Wim (1396), Turnhout, Belgium
