12oz bottle: apperance is amber brown with small off white head, aroma of hops and some hints of malt, flavor is pretty interesting has a good amount of hops up front then fades to some slightly sweet malt and then a somewhat abrupt bad after taste. If it wasnt for the bad after taste this would a be a much better beer.

Mar 18, 2010 A nice and subtle IPA I had on draft that was mediocre and a bit hoppy and forgettable. Not real clean, not real hoppy, just like a middle man in the hop world who you have to give your registration to and go to the counter and deal with the RUDEST fucking people ever. But you’ve had three of these so its cool, dude, chill out about that ticket, though. Good on draft, probs not the best in bottle. Would try again...

Mar 17, 2010 Deep gold/amber appearance with luminescent orange/gold rim. Appetizing aromas of caramel, malt and pineapple. Dominating bitterness is satisfying and appealing by thrilling the tastebuds instead of hitting them with a sledgehammer – begins with young leaf bitterness, matures into yellow grapefruit and an everlong finish eventually wraps up with nodes of smooth vanilla and caramel. An ostentatious IPA that is mature enough to drive just a touch above the speed limit.

Mar 12, 2010 Pours a hazy deep orange color with a very thin, quickly dissipating white head. Aroma overall is very faint with a note of toasted malt notes and a mild citrus orange note at the end. Flavor has a great Munich malt toasted bite at the start, a strong noble hops grassy note in the middle and finishes with a mild caramel sweetness. Body is moderately heavy with a smooth carbonation the provides a slightly oily texture. Overall a pretty good brew with a lot more malty undertones which are not seen a lot in an IPA.

Feb 24, 2010 This organic brew has a clear clean hop aroma with subtle bitterness. The color is a a citrus cloudy orange-yellow color with a small head. The flavor of the hops are more bitter than sweet, settling with some citrus notes on the palate.

Feb 8, 2010 Tap at Swift. A very middle-of-the-road IPA. Average on all counts: appearance, aroma, flavor...I would drink this again but there are many IPAs I would reach for first.

Jan 19, 2010 Tepid orange with no head. Nose of orange and grain, light malt. Sweet, honey-ish flavor, more pale malt and orange, and also some alcohol. Bready finish. Malt in the flavor saves this one, otherwise it’s one you can skip.
