Bottle. Medium high but lasting creamy and off-white head. Clear very dark red brown body. Very malty berries aroma with berries, nuts and roasted malt. Acidic sweet caramel berries flavor with little hops bitterness low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste.

Bottle while traveling in Mexico. It may be retired but I saw this beer in a number of stores still. I didn’t have a glass to pour it in as I was at the hotel, aroma was a bit malty and the taste was mostly malt. Of the beers I found in Mexico this was probably the best. Nothing special however.

Clear chestnut color with a with a foamy tan head. Nice mildly sweet roasted nut smell. Light to medium bodied. Has an interesting, spicy malt taste with a sweet essence of bubblegum. Finishes mildly bitter. A very easy drinking brew here. Dec 2004
