bottle, bought at the brewery. Pale yellow, beautiful head, which is very persistent. Intensive aroma of hops and fruity malt. Intensive flavour of malt, hints of fruit and very pleasant hops with a touch of herbs. Full-bodied and moreish - a lovelly Helles.

Jul 12, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet and bready cara-malty aroma with a tinge of honey and herbal hoppy spice. Solid (cara-)malty base, slightly bready taste; light to medium bodied with a soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Malt-accented, sweet and slightly bitter finish (06.07.08).

Jul 6, 2008 Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured with a huge fluffy, but stable head; distinctive grainy-pale-malty nose with a delicate hoppiness and a touch of barnyard; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied as well; short and mild sweet-bitter finish. O.K., a light thirst-quencher........
