From the tap at the brewery in Chilton. Pours clear golden yellow with a white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is white bread, with a hint of hops. Smooth and lightly carbonated, with some more bread. Doesn’t have the sweet corn taste of too many midwestern lagers. Bought a growler for Mrs. Prosqtor. Skyview (4194), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Pours a clear golden pale yellow brew with a fast dissolving white head that has some good lacing and leaves behind a white ring. Aroma of light malty white bread, a touch of citrus and some floral hops. Taste is medium bodied, very light carbonation with some light malty bread flavors with a moist cellar flavor. Finish is slightly sweet, a slight touch of yeast and more malt aftertaste than hop bitterness. JPDIPSO (4960), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA

Light aromas of pale malt and a touch of floral hops. Simple flavors of pale malt and again floral hops. A straightforward light lager. Malt and hops in the flavor with little other fanfare. I wish more lagers were like this.
