UPDATED: MAR 16, 2024 Аромат отличный, прямо типичный Гёз. Очень тонкий и не яркий, много сена, немного дерева, специи, хлева почти нету, возможно намеки на корочку цитрусовую. Цвет темно желтый, пенки почти нету. Вкус идеальный для данной стилистики Ламбика. Снова сено и немного травяных специй, хлев и немного дерева, сухость при глотке. Вроде ничего особенного но очень вкусно, радует что нету сильной кислоты.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2023 Bottle at Monk's: pours orangey with barely any head. Aroma is grass, lemon, lime, funk. Taste is tart, dryish finish. Fruity notes abound. Low carbonation. Nice.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2023 [Blend no° 85 - season 19/20] 750ml bottle. Hazy orange, no head. Flavors are apple, lemon peel and oak with herbal and funky notes. Modern lactic and acetic acidity. Light body, slick texture.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2023 Rusty orange colour with no head. Lots.of wood in aroma and flavour. Has a tart edge but there's also a grainy sweetness.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2023 750ml shared with Ryan and Phill. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, fruity, a bit sweet. Taste: same, a bit on the minerals side, almost flat, maybe a bit more acidity than usual. Overall: good one.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2023 Poured from 750mL bottle (2020 vintage; no. 85, 19/20; bottled 01/12/2020). Hazed orangey gold with minimal white head. A hint sweaty, feint sweetness, light funk, quite nice.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2023 75cl bottle (bottled 01/12/2020, assemblage ˚85, season 1920; 6,5%) from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: some bubbles and some pressure after opening the bottle. C: deep gold with orange hue, hazy. A: light sour fruity, lemon peels, hay, horse-blanket, gooseberries, woody, complex. T: medium malty base, lemon, woody, hay, gooseberries, grapes, 3 Fonteinen funky, almost no carbonation as expected, very nice lazy one, fully enjoyed.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2023 A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend°85, season 19/20, bottled on 1st December 2020. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen gueuze glass. It was a hazy golden orange colour with a very thin white head that dissipated almost immediately, while leaving only sparse to no lacing. Aromas tart, green apple, citrus zesty, lemon, lime, hay, dried grass, oak, funky. Tastes lightly sour, tart, lime, lemon zest, green apple, oak, damp wood, funky. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, easy drinking with enjoyable aroma and flavours, but my preference would definitely still be the regular Oude Geuze.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2023 Bottle, assemblage 85 bottled 01/12/2020 (1st of december), 6.5%. Color: Slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Hay, subtle horse blanket, tart berries and citrus. Taste: Hay, oak wood motes, horse blanket, fruity gooseberry, unripe grape and citrus. Moderate tart. Hints of old hop. Medium body. No carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2023 Fles gedeeld door Benzai, geprobeerd met LiekevdV en Keukeman. Het is een gelig bier met weinig schuim. Het aroma is wrang en wat citrusachtig. De smaak is fruitig, zuur en karton achtig.
