Danish: Denne øl er håndbrygget i små brygenheder således at hvert bryg har sin egen sjæl, sin egen duft og sin egen ånd. Til brygget er der brugt gode gammelkendte malte, humle samt vand fra Viby Dals Vandværk - ufiltreret som den færdige øl. India Pale Ale er ikke tilsat kulsyre.

Hazy amber color; big head. The aroma shows some vegetables. Caramel flavor, hidden good hopping, but again some vegetables touch. Average beer.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of straw from the hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe, 31-10-2008] Huge thick creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Mild citrus, apricot, caramel. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation with light dry texture. Light to moderated bitter flavor with good counter sweetness. Light dry bitter finish.

Cloudy orange colour with a huge off white head. Light caramel sweet aroma with hoppy piney and vague fruity notes. Quite hoppy flavor with fruity and malty sweet notes.

nice hoppy aroma. slight fresh fruits, but mostly hops. pours semi-clear yellow, with a giant white head. flavor is hoppy, sweet malts, quite ordinary american ipa flavor, strong. a bit simple.

Unclear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, resin, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average duration. Bitternes is acrid. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (060608)
