Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe, 31-10-2008] Huge thick creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Mild citrus, apricot, caramel. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation with light dry texture. Light to moderated bitter flavor with good counter sweetness. Light dry bitter finish.
