COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered An English Style IPA, this beer opens with a fruity aroma set off by a dry malt middle and long hop finish. Our India Pale Ale recalls a time when ales shipped from Britain to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result is a hop lover's dream with a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, and long hop finish. Bourbon in colour and 59 in International Bitterness Unit, our IPA uses Pilgrim, Styrian Golding Celeia, Cascade and Centennial Hops. We don't need to be the only beer you drink. We just want to be the best beer you drink.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2024 IPA rugginosa, amaro intenso e persistente. La più classica delle IPA, non male ma abbastanza scontata

beer_shepherd (421) - Castello di Fiemme, ITALY - DEC 20, 2023
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2023 Dorata, tendente all’ambrato. Ampio cappello di schiuma spessa. Aroma luppolato a cui però si addizionano note di miele da ossidazione. Così come in bocca. Fusto non in forma

medkung (237) - Bangkok, THAILAND - SEP 24, 2023
UPDATED: SEP 24, 2023 Tap version This one I try at Japan since 5-6 years ago but not review finally I got it and so surprised with clean body, nice balance, moderate carbonate, medium sweet, nothing harsh. Tasting lead from light malty taste and then from hops such as piney, bitter, a little bit of citrus and fruity then dry finished. It’s ok one.

chinhaez (411) - Ouray CO, Colorado, USA - SEP 17, 2023
UPDATED: SEP 17, 2023 Bottled. Translucent gold pour with a small-ish white head that lasts for a while. The aroma is strong and distinct with grapefruit and and melons. The taste is grapefruit, pine, some other mixed tropical fruits and a bit of breadiness. Bitterness is medium i'd say (for an IPA) and is very pine-like--sort of like a west coast IPA. The palate is full and crisp with lively carbonation. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Decent enough IPA. I have not had much of GI's products since they sold out to AB, but I'm glad to see they still make a passable product. Paired supremely well with some smoked goat cheese. As an afterthought I question why this is classified as an English IPA.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2023 Old Untappd checkin, January 2, 2016. Pours a crystal clear medium gold with a moderate frothy white head. Strong hop profile, with some very light citrus notes mixed in to balance out. Moderately carbonated, quite crisp and drinkable.

shoestring (806) - larkhall, SCOTLAND - JUL 14, 2023
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2023 Canned . Tried on same night as Vocation Life and Death . Tested Monday night before ordering either on Perfect Draft . Glad I did as not that keen on either . This was rather unbalanced to me . I preferred mouthfeel of Vocation too , although it was too fruity for me . ( shame as I prefer more English IPA. style but Goose was all unbalanced for me ). Need to rerate in case an interrupted Monday pint was not adequate to do them justice. Bitter aftertaste and lemon for me - not grapefruit. Would have liked more malt backbone as per trad English IPA. Maybe served too chilled.

Blade86 (1675) - Wroc³aw, POLAND - MAY 8, 2023
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2023 Amber gold, clear, medium white foam. Hoppy, resin, herbal aroma. High bitterness, light sweetness. Rather light body, thickish, slightly oily and metallic feel, medium carbonation, looong bitter finish
