COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast ABV around 5.9%

Baghaven, Copenhagen tap: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is light fruity, piny and malty. Weird I am having it here in Denmark. Taste is easy to drink. Clearly from a different era. Still refreshing and easy to drink. Somewhat sweet aftertaste.

Alengrin (11011) - Gent, BELGIUM - OCT 13, 2016
A Mikkeller APA, draught at Hopishop’s B.U.M.B. in Antwerp. Very creamy, frothy, regular, egg-white head consisting of a thick mass of extremely tiny bubbles - almost looking as if it went through a nitro tap and leaving thick patches of ’papier maché’-like lacing; hazy peach blonde robe with an ochre-ish ’dirty’ hue to it. Aroma of orange peel, old cloves, biscuit, dry hay, dried mango, bitter honey, strawberry, cucumber, apricot, moldy grapefruit. Crisp fruity onset, hints of peach, pineapple and strawberry with a sourish unripe stonefruit accent, finely tingling carbo, biscuity malt sweet core with a toasted edge blending with the spicy, grapefruity, aromatic, resinous but only softly bittering hop character that colours the finish. Pleasant enough like most of Mikkeller’s APAs and IPAs, but a bit on the ’dirty’ side in terms of yeastiness.

Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - OCT 11, 2016
