Commercial Description:
The classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many, many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a strong hop taste.

This is a very good Pilsner, with quite present hops and a smooth malt balance... it was quite the buy, as I purchased eight of the 500 ml cans in Covington, KY for $6.99 !

Tap At The Old Cannon.Pale straw in colour, lot’s of floral hints,so much better than the bottle, served in the right glass and the temperature of a winter walk in the snow.I felt like John Mills at the end of Ice Cold In Alex when I had this, great stuff, great session.

Very good german pils. Nothing special, just your good old average pils. I could drink these all night.

Bitburger is by far one of the most consistent beers I have ever tasted. It is a crisp refreshing pilsner that has a very distinct, soft nose, and bitter taste. It is very difficult to find a good bitter pilsner, even in Germany most of them tend to be too sweet for me. Anyway, get your hands on this beer- it’s awesome!

A really classic German Pils, with a strong hoppy character and a dry finish.

Pours with a medium head that lasts a bit along with the lace. Nice beery, grainy, slightly malty and hoppy nose. Cheery light golden color. Thirst quenching with enough bitterness to make a great session beer. Had this one around for a while and it’s not suffered a BIT (sorry couldn’t resist)! Great beer, especially at a bar on sale for $1.75/can!! Got this one next door at Bodega.
