On tap at the pub.The color is a hazy honey with a thin off white head. The aroma is of hops and more hops. The taste is also of hops and citrus fruits, but something is missing. It is a decent I.P.A..

Draft at brewpub. Fragrant citrusy aroma. Clear orange-amber body. Flavor is a well-balance bittersweet grapefruit. Bitter finish.

20080730 Tap at brewpub. Lots of c hops right off the bat and clear through to the finish. Simcoe in the flavor gives a nice tropical note. Good stuff for a brewpub IPA though it is no world beater.
