Pours hazy golden-yellow. Small creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has clear cherries, malts, almonds. Prickly carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour has lemons, tartish cherry, soft oakiness. Rather dry, but there is not much Saison to it. Like marzipan with red fruit-clouring added. Not really my thing. anders37 (4915), Malmö, Sweden

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Pours golden with a moderate white head that fell pretty quickly. Has a yeasty, spicy aroma with a bit of fruitiness. Flavor is slightly woody and fruity, with yeast still dominant, along with a bit of lemony sourness. Not terribly complex, with what complexity there is just not meshing well. I’m not terribly impressed with this, but it’s drinkable.
