Can, 5.2% as Falkenhaus Weizen. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, sparkling. Big, stable white head. Banana flavour, clove, slightly citric, not bad. A hint of bitterness at the end.

Jun 1, 2008 Can. Golden, very slightly hazy with a nice, big head. The aroma is thin, but I do get some hints of clove, wheat and banana. The flavour is just as thin with a light sweetness and light notes of banana, wheat and clove. It’s not offending in any way, but it’s very thin and weak.
