Elderflower, hops and grapefruit appearing with hints of soy sauce. It reminds me a bit of Caulier Bon Secours. A lot better though. Pretty good. Flavor and palate: Very pleasant. The finish is surprisingly salty with hints of licorice. Overall impression: A beer I would drink on a regular basis. Thanks Bov! Papsoe (15648), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 3, 2008 courtesy of Pascal Sauser - cloudy dark orange colour and a solid, firm and persistent foam; quite unclean nose with notes of dust and dry elder; the sweetness is balanced by some acidity and a high carbonation bringing some tartness; juicy palate with a decent malt body; the finish is quite dry with lovely notes of elders - another fine work from this brewery
