Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus and light notes of wheat. The flavor has notes of citrus and wheat as well as light notes of alcohol and flowers. Thanks omhper for sharing.

Bottled 33cl. Appearance: It pours a murky orange beer with a nice head. Aroma: Very pleasant. Elderflower, hops and grapefruit appearing with hints of soy sauce. It reminds me a bit of Caulier Bon Secours. A lot better though. Pretty good. Flavor and palate: Very pleasant. The finish is surprisingly salty with hints of licorice. Overall impression: A beer I would drink on a regular basis. Thanks Bov!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of omhper. Pours a very cloudy golden with a dense, off-white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium-bodied, fairly sweet and spicy with some fruit accents. A little astringent and yeasty finish. 051008

Bottled@omhper-post-SBWF-1st-weekend tasting. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small head. Aroma is hops, wheat, yeast and some mild spices. Flavour is quite much the same along with mildly herbal notes as well as some berries.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy pale golden, brief head. Spicy grainy nose. Dry, yet fruity. Grassy with restrained jerbal spices and fairly clean mouthfeel. Salty finish with some bitterness. An elegant beer where subtle flavours shine on a distance.

courtesy of Pascal Sauser - cloudy dark orange colour and a solid, firm and persistent foam; quite unclean nose with notes of dust and dry elder; the sweetness is balanced by some acidity and a high carbonation bringing some tartness; juicy palate with a decent malt body; the finish is quite dry with lovely notes of elders - another fine work from this brewery
