| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 17, 2006 Very pale yellow lager with minimal head that shows poor retention. It has a malty nose, fesh and clean but boring like most sweet lagers. It has also, a little more flavor than other lagers from the region, but that’s not much since the mouthfeel is very dull and watery. Smooth and with low bitterness, an average lager. And look what pops up. A list of some more beers had on my visit to Santiago. And guess what? These Peruvuans use the same recipe as every other bloody brewer in this part of the world. If these were toxic the whole South American breing fraternity could all be lumped together as cereal killers. Corn, pale malt, metallic and thin. Wine time again I feel.l Enniskillen (1921), Salinas, California, USA
