Unclear golden with a nice disappearing head. Spicy, flowery nose, with hints of bake maltiness. Extremely dry and fizzy, quite disappointing. Taste faint.

Mar 8, 2010 75cl bottle, thanks chriso. Medium white head atop cloudy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, cantaloupe/melon, light straw. Taste is moderately sweet, strawberry, honey, some melon. Medium body, some stickiness.

Mar 6, 2010 Dry, crisp, fairly hoppy with just a touch of bready malt. yeast is just a bit peppery, with a touch of fruit. Mouthfeel is very champagne-like, with extreme carbonation and very sparkling. Pretty solid.

Jan 15, 2010 750ml bottle from City Super in Hong Kong. Lovely lacing on a hazy golden strawberry blonde body. Aroma is sweet, spicy, yeasty esters with carambola and white plum. Soft with perfect carbonation level. Substantial body and good.

Dec 31, 2009 Cloudy golden blonde. Dusty, perfumey yeast aroma. Dry, herbal taste. A bit fizzy. For me, it finishes a bit sweet, perfumey. Not bad, but the balance and fizziness aren’t really there.

Nov 24, 2009 A clear golden colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of fruits, like citrus, with some orange. it’s malty sweet. The taste is fresh, sparkling, with notes of malts and fruits, like citrus. From sweet moving over too some bitter. The aftertaste is dry bitter with hints of sweet.

Sep 27, 2009 Pours deep amber into a tulip. Sea foam head with medium retention leaves spots as it recedes to hug rim. Sweet summer fruits, caramel and alcohol aromas. Sharp and slightly sour upfront turning peppery in the lasting finish.
