Pours a hazy straw gold with pinkish highlights and a medium white froth. The aroma is of creamed corn and rasberry, pale malts, okay. Flavour is much better, and surprises me by how not horrifyingly sweet it could be. Still quite sweet but not over the top. Nice creamy malt body with an earthy rasberry finish that doesn’t seem too synthetic (maybe even real?). Dry wheaty malt character too that I find in most flavoured wheat ales. This is actually not that bad. Berley31 (230), New Brunswick, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 7, 2010 A: Pours with a small head that quickly dissolves into a thin ring. Body is a light-copper, orangish color, with a little hazing.
S: Oddly enough, I’d swear that I can smell a bit of alcohol in this beer. The raspberry is there too, of course, but there’s a small acridness to it.
T: With my first few sips, I thought that the raspberry presence was too sweet... bordering on cough medicine. However, it did mellow out a bit as I continued to drink it, so it was fairly decent.
M: Light bodied, with some creaminess to it. Average carbonation.
D: It’s not really a bad beer, and seems to improve a little upon warming. But the raspberry sweetness wouldn’t really keep me coming back... Lubiere (4768), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 21, 2009 A golden ale with a thick white head. A nice light aroma of raspberry and light malt. In mouth, a light and fresh beer with light raspberry notes, some good caramel malt, light mineral notes. On tap at brewery, Oct. 11 2009. TheJollyOne (206), Sydney, Australia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Sep 22, 2009 Clear amber body under bubbily white head. Nose of citrus and raspberry. Opening sharp with some hops, this beer moves to a malt sweetness with light roastiness. Sounds better than it tastes, but still tastes pretty good to me, and the price is excellent. Palate light and thirst-quenching. Not a bad effort. Different and good. RichardGretton (3251), Leicestershire, England

The flavour is also fruity and lightly malty. Overall a nice smooth fruit drink. guil0000 (123), New Brunswick, Canada

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jan 23, 2009 341 ml bottle from a mixed sixer given to me by my sister. really nice looking beer. amber with a mid sized off white head and steady carbonation. not much in the way of aromas. some raspberry, some light grainy malts, no wheat, pretty weak overall. the flavour is of fake raspberry syrup, carbonation, and malt sweetness. the mouthfeel is overly carbonated and this is to sweet for its own good. i almost dumped this brew but managed to get through it in the end. it did look really nice in the glass though.
