UPDATED: JAN 7, 2021 500ml bottle brewed in Germany at 5.2%. Lovely hazy blond Hefeweizen with a nice-sized head and discernible but not OTT yeast. Creamy rusk, a splash of lemon, and some of that distinct Schneider clove spice in the aroma. Lowish carbonation, but enough. Refreshing and very juicy, a little lemon zest and light honeydew melon, with some mellow banana yeast and wheat rusk following. Clove spice is there to finish things off but kept in check. Masterpiece. Not my favourite interpretation of the style (that might perhaps be Augustiner's), but sometimes when you drink a beer you can just tell - the brewer had a specific idea of what they wanted, and got every last thing right. This is one of those times. A must-try.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2020 Full banana nose once poured with some light caramel. Light hazy golden colour with a big warm creamy head, long retention and some foamy patches. Some nice spices do come out in the nose, calming the sweetness. The fruitiness does continue in the taste, but not syrupy at least. Some decent dryness in the finish. Gets hazier as it pours. A nice blend between the Wheat and Helle, but still just a tad too rich for me.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2020 Murky gold appearance, white larhe head, very fast diminishes. Profinent aroma, banana and phenols. It lasts in taste. Aftertaste with some light sourness and pepper feeling and still banana. Light body and carbonation. Well balanced.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2020 500ml can. Hazy orange with a foamy white head. Flavors are wheat, bubblegum, honey and spices. Light to medium body, good carbonation, slick texture.
