Gold beer. Fine white head. Stinky, scorched malt aroma. Very slightly tart and a little grainy, though there's just not much going on in the flavor department. A silky mouthfeel takes the edge off of a fizzy palate, which finishes quickly with a mild metallic note. A passable beer for the summer Texas heat, I reckon. Simon (40), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA

Ho-hum in the flavor department, not much different than any other domestic American lager. I’ll never choose this one over it’s Bock sibling again. RaginCajun (292), Dallas, Texas, USA

Still better than others, but I won’t buy this again until I forget what it tastes like. PorterPounder (3186), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
