Dec 18, 2007 Light in color and in feel. Lacking in Brussels lace. Slightly dry taste does not do much to distinguish. Slight malt overtones at finish.

Jun 11, 2003 The blonde on the label has potential, but needs to be developed. Ding for the screwoff top. Gold beer. Fine white head. Stinky, scorched malt aroma. Very slightly tart and a little grainy, though there's just not much going on in the flavor department. A silky mouthfeel takes the edge off of a fizzy palate, which finishes quickly with a mild metallic note. A passable beer for the summer Texas heat, I reckon.

Jan 31, 2005 Thin short-lasting white head that leaves very little lacing. Ho-hum in the flavor department, not much different than any other domestic American lager. I’ll never choose this one over it’s Bock sibling again.

Sep 23, 2002 I was kind of let down when I got this beer. Still it is drinkable; average beer here. Still better than others, but I won’t buy this again until I forget what it tastes like.
