| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 26, 2008 I am really wanting to say good things. So happy to have another brewery in town and would very much like to meet the brewer. The pint I had and even more the one my friend ordered had a haze beyond a chill haze I’ve seen before. Think perhaps the filtering was off or this keg had way too much yeast that made its way through. It definitely lessened the experience as though the yeast didn’t overpower the hops, it sure did make the whole a funky battle.
Please work on this and I’ll keep my fingers crossed and keep coming back to see what’s happening.
