Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white, lasting head. The taste is yeasty with citrus and corriander. Refreshing as it should be. Bit sparkling. Good.

Poured like a nice witbier witha hazy pale yellow body and a nice foamy white head. Aroma of coriander, orange peel and citrusses. Typical. The beer has a medium body with citrussy character, mild malt with a moderated spiciness of clove, coriander and orange peel, belgian yeasts. Easy drinkable, fine belgian witbier, very good for the hot summer days... mike1977ok (682), Netherlands

Cloudy straw with a scummy white head; fresh aroma with a hint of citrus on top of the usual grain and yeast; very watery, but clean citrus and grain flavours, and very refreshing; zesty and lightly spiced finish. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 28, 2010 Bottle and draft. I preferred the draft version. Both are pale milky yellow with thick head and leaving lace. I found the aroma from the bottled version to be too bland, whereas from draft even when served cold the aroma is intensely floral and lemon ice comes out too. Very nice. Light palate with good carbonation levels. Not super flavorful either in bottle or draft, but very drinkable. Has a nice dry finish after mild citrusy (loquat?) flavors or light orange sherbet. Rating reflects draft, bottle is 5-3-5-3-10 = 2.6 Oakes (8340), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 20, 2010 Updated: Feb 8, 2010Draft: Cloudy with a thick white head. Floral, spicy with lots of white. Very floral, light spice. Good dose of wheat. Clean, balanced. Quite a drinkable example. Much more expressive on tap.
Bottle: Opaque yellow-white. The aroma is faint, lightly fruity with a hint of wheat. The palate is light, wheaty with subtle fruitiness. Not the greatest wit, but serviceable. dEnk (363), Den Haag, Netherlands
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 29, 2009 Nice and fresh appearance, seems very suited for summer. (Yet I drank it in the winter) Fresh and sour smell, light hint of hops.
Flat taste, boring, almost no aftertaste.
Very refreshing, hint of lemon, could use more herbs.
I expected more of this beer from the Duvel family., Capa (1070), Yokosuka, Japan
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 8, 2009 Watery hay color with a white head. Light spices and citrus fruit in the aroma. Flavor is a bit spicy with light fruits and some sourness that leaves as quick as it came. A very forgettable wit. ralphdot (78), Billingham, Durham, England
