Aug 23, 2008 (Cask at GBBF, London, 6 Aug 2008) Brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, nutty nose with coffee and chocolate. Malty, nutty taste with notes of cold coffee and a bittersweet finish. Fairly thin body, mainly dry. Decent bitter.

Aug 11, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Black colour, small white head. Roasted and mildly fruity notes with some hints of chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts as well as some fruits and wooden notes. Very pleasant.
