Sweet (citrus) hop and malt aroma. Dryish and with a milky feeling (doesn’t really smell like milk, it’s just kinda, well… milky. Weird). Hop bitter flavour with malt. Although there’s a lot of flavour, it feels a bit thin. Still pretty okay though. Finish is pretty much the same. Dry. Lingering bitterness. Grassy notes. Quite mild but fresh American hops on the nose, resin and little yeastiness. Great, well hopped flavor with pine, mucho grapefruit, grainy maltiness and sweetish toffee in the finish. Lingering grapefruit seedy bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth strong quenching carbonation, slightly chewy mouthfeel. Aroma is a tad restrained, but otherwise it’s a real treat. The bitterness is kind of hard but softens with the yeast sediment.
