UPDATED: JUN 10, 2022 Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht grasig hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2021 On tap at a restaurant in Leutasch, Sunday 26th December 2021. Pours gold, good clarity, white head, a little macro tasting, cereal, dryness, it's a bit bland, not much bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2019 This beer used to be drunk by all the greatest Kaisers of Europe and some lesser ones. That's the level this beer operates at. If you are a Kaiser, fine, but if you aren't make sure you are prepared for its full force. Within seconds of your first sip not only will you have mastered the intricacies of the Schlieffen Plan but you will be making initial moves to actually execute it, successfully. By the last drop Europe itself will be yours.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2018 On tap. Golden colour, decent head. Aroma is malt, corn, a bit of herbal hops. Medium carbonation. Not very interesting.

Tap an der shiffe Blue Danube. Pours bright gold with a white head. Bready aroma. Near medium body with a very little Nobel hop. More malty kolsch than hoppy pils. Will do in a pinch.

I bought this beer at some opportunities at Denner. In my opinion, it is a basical beer, there is nothing special, just drinkable, you have better breweries in Austria. It is a typicak lager, there is a side metalic, some bitterness, malt. The color is yellow and gold, regular carbonation, white foam.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, hay, grass and hint of fruitiness. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long slightly dry, fruity and grassy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy.
