Apr 30, 2009 Pours a cloudy dark orange amber color. (Unfiltered). Large white creamy head. Huge citrus hop aroma. Good carbonation. An awesome APA brewed in Europe. Good stuff.

Apr 28, 2009 Copper in color with a medium off white head. Aroma of alot of fresh simcoe: pine, grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit. Taste is nice and hoppy, alot of pine, grapefruit, some hints of tropical fruit with some molasses and toasted malts in the background. Smooth, full bitterness in the finish. Nice, you can’t go wrong with simcoe.

Apr 26, 2009 11.2oz bottle from Swolf3, thanks Steven. Bright orange pour with a pretty big white head. Smells like a freshly mowed lawn and some citrus, very nice. Kind of bitter, very fresh, more citrus, grapefruit maybe. Pretty good.

Apr 26, 2009 330 ml bottle at the Bayou. Pours a dark amber color with a huge powerful white head. A really nice hop aroma; citrus, oranges and grapefruit. The flavor was also nice; a full smooth simcoe hop punch, oranges and grapefruits, sweet and juicy. A light, but nice malt background. Very nice.

Apr 26, 2009 Pours a clear very dark copper colored body under a generous foamy beige head that left lots of spotty lacing. Aroma is still quite strong with that lovely simcoe scent. Some hefty sweet candy like maltiness below. Lots of punchy citrusy simcoe flavor with a powdrey sugary finish that I seem get with simcoe beers. Minimal sweetness peeking through the hops even though there’s not much bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a soft almost creamy texture and pinpoint lively carbonation. This was a nice one.

Apr 25, 2009 Bottle. Hazy amber with some sediment, thick head. Aroma is pine with grapefruit and pineapple.Taste is a hint of caramel before the very bitter grapefruity hop finish takes over by force.
