Pours an off-white head that barely laces with a clover honey colored body. Smells of pine and apricot. Flavor is citrus hops and honey. Finish is bitter with some honey. The malt comes out the warmer it gets.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 20, 2010 Bottle. Pours clear orange yellow, thick off white head. Aroma is hops, peat, caramel. Not a good start, since I dislike peat intensely. Flavor is hoppy bitter, somewhat peaty and malty. The peat/wet dog/bog flavor is not as bad as I expected from the aroma, so I can drink this beer alright. I would not buy it again though. rlaw (126), USA

Aroma and flavor are very hoppy. Lots of floral and citrus notes, particularly grapefruit. Some bitter pineyness in the finish. Not much malt. A nice beer, but rather one note. potbeercollege (705), Boulder, Colorado, USA

It pours a light amber gold with a small, foamy, off-white head. The nose is very hop forward with notes of florals, grapefruit, and a slight graininess. The taste reminds me of something that was dry hopped with the hops definitely taking center stage. Herbal, floral, and citric notes are all present, but not much from the malt side. Medium bodied with medium carbonation and a long, hoppy finish. Overall there wasn’t much to make this brew stand out, but it is still decent and sessionable. markwise (1337), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

No head whatsoever. Decent flavor but was flat. Disappointed - made me feel like I had a bad bottle (it was a twist top). craftbeerdesign (874), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
