On tap at Ginger Man. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is ginger, sweetness and light hop. Taste is a big mouthfeel of soft ginger, sweet malt and a little citrus. Really nice beer.

Really nice ginger and cracker nose, light herbal hops. Nice spicy ginger, dry cracker malts, herbal/grassy hops, light lemon. Finish is all ginger, lots of lingering spice. Lovely

Half-finger of white head; lightly hazy marigold color. Gingery and spicy; white pepper; a little yeasty in the aroma. Ginger comes through in the taste first much like the nose; yeasty; white pepper doesn’t come through in the taste which is unfortunate; decent enough. Medium; nice touch of carbonation to keep it lively and finishes a bit dry. Not bad drinking; interesting; but became a bit of a chore after a bit;

Dark orange with white head. Aroma of Ginger and bread. Buttery body body goes well with the gingerbread flavor.

Tap at Bobbique, Patchogue, NY - a very light, mildly estery belgian ale, with some semi-dry, crackery malts and dusty yeast character that compliment the mild ginger character - a light it of banana sweetness in the finish, but otherwise clean, tart, and mildly spicy.

Appearance crystal clear amber look with light creamy top.
Flavor and Palate : mid bodied , malty base/ Hop paired with ginger character. Refreshing ,clean , organic.

clean golden with off white head, this brew is straight foreward in aroma and flavor. a very clean and well balanced session brew, quite enjoyable.

64oz growler at the DC Local tasting. Pours a totally transparent cream soda color with zero head. Big ginger aroma, sugar, smells like ginger ale with some herbs. Flavor is big on Belgian sugars, yeast, ginger, herbs. Medium bodied with a clean finish. I thought I’d hate this and then I liked it.
