| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 5, 2010 I honestly do not want to give this such a high rating, but I have to! The Taddy Porter, which I thought would be average at best, is actually really smooth and drinkable. Very creamy and sweet, but I’m not sure this is what a traditional porter should taste like. Good job Mr. Smith. thirdeye11 (979), Texas, USA

Nose of dark fruits, oats, roasted barley, and sweetness. Taste of roasted nuts, weak coffee, cream, and light bitterness. Nice creamy finish and a slightly watery body with great carbonation. abstractbeer (3), Norway does not count | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 29, 2010 Bottle bought at Norway’s Vinmonopolet. Thick head which disappeared rather quickly. Very dark, almost black, deep red if held up against a light. Slightly caramel & coffee flavoured maltyness, bitter with a tiny hint of citrus in the body. Roasted. Soft, oily slick palate. Quite heavy in my mouth.
