Bottle from BF. Pours a copper body with a 3 finger white head. Aromatic spicy citrus, earthy and dry with some lemon grass, pine, banana, and honey to round this one out. Good brew.

Bottle from the brewpub. Its these beers that continue to keep me driving long distances back here. Pours cloudy grapefruit with a white head. The aromas, initially pineapple, and then orange. The hop selection is yummy with significant orange and fruity. Alcohol warming, bit still very drinkable and not to be missed. Creamy mouthfeel, and no overt taste of the yeast. If it began to fade over the 16 months, even better.

Bottle:   I cannot remember the last time I had a beer that had a head that looked like whip cream, that didnt die, and just sat there for 10 or 15 minutes, just waiting for me to grab the spoon and shovel it off the top of my beverage.   Otherwise, dark straw, orangish, strong carbonation, white head (see above), very nice lacing.   Looks very inviting.   Citrusy aspect, hoppy, but also a fairly decent amount of floralness.   Sweet citrusy bits on the tongue, not that rind but the actual sweet bits.   Remains floral, a little barnish.   Certainly different, sweet, citrusy, floral, not overly hopped, but also not a huge barnish/musty aspect like other examples.   Well balanced.   There is a slight peach skin aspect on the backside... no, its Apricot.   Oh yeah, total Apricot like fruitiness in this one.   The more I think about it, the more I realize there is a lot of dried fruit in this.   Weird.   Yeah, totally, dried fruit.   Been a year since I received this bottle, roughly.   This is really unique.   Sweet dried fruit with a smooth hoppiness and soft barnish/musty aftertaste.   Pretty happy with this one.   Very unique, very flavorful, and very much worthy of having again.   Great concoction!

Hazy golden amber small head... doesnt give me anything aside from the very dry finish to lead me to believe this is an IPA... Decent belgian flavor, very spicy aroma...

pours a very cloudy amber color with a huge, foamy white head. nice lacing and great retention. aroma has tealike hops...earthy...and has a definite belgian yeast aroma with some spiciness. flavor has nice spice and definite belgian yeastiness. hints of clove and bubblegum. moutfeel is pretty lively and heavy with a dry, earthy, slightly citrusy finish that lingers pleasantly. very tasty!

Orange pour with white head. Belgian aroma plus spices, pin, citrus and grassy hop flavor, and some earthy tones plus the normal bullfrog yeasts flavor.

Bottle. Poured a hazy deep amber color with a medium sized frothy off-white head. Good lacing on the glass. Nose is pretty fruity with esters of banana, grapefruit and peach. Nose is also somewhat earthy or grassy, with notes of caramel, biscuity malts, and spice. Medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is lots of caramel, candy sugar, malty sweetness up front which leads to a more spicy, resinous, citrusy hop character. Finishes spicy and floral.

In short: A astringent, and yeasty and sharp IPA with an “all over the place” flavour profile. Good stuff.
How: Bottle 750ml. Consumed (not fresh enough) when probably 6+ months of age. Sent to me by MrChopin, thanks a lot Kevin
The look: Cloudy orange blonde body topped by a large off-white head
In long: The nose is a mixture of radioactive grapefruits, cosmic pine tree and some quantum bakery notes (fresh cake/muffin). Taste is very yeasty, celestial biscuits, magnetic fruits (oranges, pineapples, grapefruits) and universal pine-tree. A bit dry with a medium molecular bitterness. Smooth sinusoidal body and carbonation. A little nuclear acidity. Pretty discreet on the quantum malt front. This beers blends many elements and creates a paradoxical equation. Some people may call it complex, but I think that this is all over the place more than complex. Still, this beer was a lot of fun and I suspect a very fresh bottle is a killer but my bottle was 6+ months old and was showing signs of quantum decay.
