Pours a medium amber color with a pretty good tan head. Caramel malt and spice aroma. Crisp clean sweet malt flavor along with butter, caramel and lightly toasted bread. I’m glad there was only a small amount of hops noticeable. I enjoyed this alot.

From a twelve ounce bottle purchased at the Western Hills Glenway Avenue Krogers, this brew pours a dark brown, sweet smelling, light tan headed mug and, tastewise, it’s actually pretty good, but there’s a lack to its flavor body and palate. Still, it’s quite acceptable!

(bottle - 12 oz) Ruby pour with a puffy white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with some toasted malts, caramel, and nuts. Flavor is sweet and malty with a light toasted note at the middle, some caramel and toffee, and a sweet and lightly hopped finish. Quite nice.

had this on draft last night. pretty pedestrian, but pretty much exactly what i expected. sweet, malty, bready. thick. i was hoping it’d be a little higher abv. don’t remember there being any chocolate in it, though. i’m sure i’ll have it again sometime soon.

Pours a dark copper with a nice head that laces well.. Aroma was a mix of hop and malt, with the initial sniff more hoppy. Good mouth feel with a malty flavor, with very mild hopping. Nice aftertaste.

On tap at Buffalo Wild Wings in Eden Prairie. Deep amber in color with an off-white head. Light malty aroma. Taste is mildly sweet malty caramel. Hint of cocoa. Body was fairly thin. Not too bad.
