Sampled from a 12oz bottle at Woody’s. Pours a hazy mustard color with heavy suspended particulate, even with a very careful gentle pour, and massive pillowtop offwhite head. Great sticky lacing as well. Nose is a wonderful citrus bouquet with some sweet honey notes. Flavor is very similar with a piney note. Very well rounded showing of hops. Not overly bitter, and very floral. Lingering sweet hoppiness. Very damn good!

Bottle. A - Hazy auburn orange color. A prominent fluffy white head. S - Citrus and pine hop smell and slight floral smell too. Has a slight pale malt. T - A good measure of hops upfront. The flavors of the hops are mostly citrus (grapefruit and lemon) as well as pine. There is also a slight floral and grassy flavor. The base is pale malt that gives it a slight bread flavor and sweetness. M - Medium to low body but well carbonated. D - Good drinkability, the hops a certainly the dominant flavor, but they aren’t really overpowering. The malt provides a balance. Notes: Not strong in hops, but certainly provides a nice hop flavor (so no to being a hop bomb). Good offering from Boulevard for a fairly light hop flavored beer.

Botte from ericandersnavy. Poures a nice light orange color, good two finger sized head. Average aroma of some grapefruit hops. Taste like an old(er) IPA. Light fruitiness, light bitterness. Nothing special, but not bad. It lost the "bite" of the fresh hops....Probably good on tap. Thanks eric!

hazy golden yellow, cream colored head, moderate lacing. moderate to heavy carbonation. Flavors are strong in both hops and a good malty backbone. Mouthfeel is full. Notes of grapefruit crispness and hearty doughy balance. This is awsome, its almost right in between a typical pale ale and punchy IPA. I will be buying this one again very soon.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish with a bitter aftertaste.

Pours a hazy medium golden color with lots of bubbles and a good sized white head. The aroma of this beer is nicely hopped with a bit of light citrus. The flavor has a bit of hop, but not as much as the aroma would let on. There is also a light fruity flavor. This is a fairly easy drinking beer and would be nice on a warm summer afternoon. However, it lacks a little body and full flavor for a winter beer. I’ll have to try this one again when the weather warms up.

Poured from bottle. Absolutely gorgeous; a lambent honey-gold with pronounced head and beautiful lace. The aroma is mostly citrus, but there’s a funky undertone -- and I don’t mean that in a bad way, there’s just something odd about the nose I can’t place. Flavor is mostly hops; I don’t pick up a lot of malt in this, and it seems just slightly out of balance to me. Carbonation and mouthfeel is crisp and cleansing. Overall, i enjoyed this beer -- just wanted a touch more malt.

Definite hop aroma that prepares you for the IPA taste. It’s orange with a white head that lasts quite a while. The hops flavor and bitterness really comes through on the taste and that finish isn’t overly harsh and makes you want to have another taste to savor the finish again. It’s a good IPA and I could become a fan of Boulevard.
