If they wanted to do a DIPA the brewer should consider dropping some hops in the brew. Pinball (3175), Allerød, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 22, 2009 Bottle, 9.6%. Caramelly aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Very small off-white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct grassy hoppiness. Quite sweet with a good hop bite. The alcohol tastes OK, but it is a bit much, I think. Maria (6432), Thisted, Denmark
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 13, 2009 The color is beautiful red mahogany and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and butter – the hops are difficult to find. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, syrup, caramel, light grapefruit and it has a slightly dry and slightly bitter finish. IMO too malty to be an IPA. fonefan (12484), VestJylland, Denmark
