Bottle. Hazy amber body with a medium off white head. Aroma is dominated by the alcohol but fruit, light hops and malty notes is present. Creamy texture. Sweet malty flavour with fruit notes as well as a quite dominating alcohol. If they wanted to do a DIPA the brewer should consider dropping some hops in the brew.

Bottle, 9.6%. Caramelly aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Very small off-white head. The flavour is caramelly with a distinct grassy hoppiness. Quite sweet with a good hop bite. The alcohol tastes OK, but it is a bit much, I think.

The color is beautiful red mahogany and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and butter – the hops are difficult to find. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, syrup, caramel, light grapefruit and it has a slightly dry and slightly bitter finish. IMO too malty to be an IPA.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, molasses, caramel, oxidied malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090204]

Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, burnt sugar and only notes of hops. Not really what one would expect of and IIPA.
