COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eben bockstark.

Rating from 2011: Getreidig-süßlicher Geruch.
--> 10/12/10/10

courtesy of Himmy - quite clear golden-amber beer with a moderate foam left; malty and light spicy, strong notes of caramel; some sweetness; light earthy bitterness, lot of caramel and pretty tasty and long finish

Bottle at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter 2013 Tasting - London. Big thanks to Jan for the Lichtenstein hook-up. Pours clear, bright gold with a fine, white cream head. Sugary, bready malt nose; slightly rotting bread, mind. Medium to big sweet flavor with faintly toasted sugars and bread, light dry caramel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary-bready malt finish. Very basic and one-dimensional but not altogether bad.

Small white head. Clear golden colour. Camel aroma. Fruity taste and a lightly roasty palate. Good one and you would never guess it’s a Bock by its mildness.
