Bottle. I gave this middle marks across the board, I drank a couple, thought they were more like a wine cooler than a beer, very fruity and went down smooth. I would drink this again but only now and then

Holy shnikies is this beer awful. I mean yeah, it’s geared towards women, but this makes those Smirnoff Ices seem like Sam Adams Millenniums. First off, you can taste the alcohol outright, and the Berry is overly-tart. This crap doesn’t taste like beer what-so-ever. I am actually a fan of Leinie’s Sunset Wheat (aka Fruit Loops), but this stuff is just putrid.

Very fruity, a true girly beer. It’s hard for Leinenkugel’s to fail, but I couldn’t even finish one bottle of Berry Weiss.

Pinkish red, decent head. REEKS of sweet berries, both in aroma and taste. If you like sweet beers, this is the holy grail. If you hate sweet beer, this is your bane. Akin to a wine cooler IMO, but still pretty good.

11th October 2008. GABF. Hazy peach coloured beer. Crisp palate, a little dry. Bursting with red and orange fruits. Nice.

Imagine beer combined with fizzy berry juice and you have Berry Weiss. A big fan of Leinenkugel Honey Weiss, I thought that I might like this beer after trying it at my dad’s house. He offered it to me only because he hated it. I tried and was thinking the same..

Reddish tinted in color, small white head, strong aroma of berries. Mouthfeel is thin, as expected. What hits you first and absolutely dominates the taste of this beer is the berry taste. Felt like I was drinking berry juice with a beer aftertaste.

From an old rating note: bottle. hazy red pour with medium white head. sweet berry aroma. berry syrup taste. fizzy carbonation. painfully sweet.

I like that they incorporated a berry flavor into a beer. The problem is that it seems to overpower the beer taste resulting in an overly sweet beer that borders on "bitch beer". Not horrible.
