Commercial Description:
Echo is a “Rye-PA” at 6.8%, brewed with pale, crystal, carapils, and 30% rye malts, bittered to 60 IBUs, and late-hopped with Simcoe and Centennial Hops. This dark-copper ale combines the citrus kick of the hops with the spicy flavor that comes from using 30% rye. This winter IPA will help you bridge the gap between now and Spring.

On draft at Oldsmar Tap House. Reddish brown pour, watery head and spotty lacing. Tons of spicy rye in the nose, some soft fruits like banana and citrus. Flavor is big on rye, grainy finish, some bitterness throughout. Balanced and drinkable, refreshing.

A nicely balanced IPA. A bit darker than most IPAs, dark golden, almost orange. Not overly hoppy but good balance.
