I really enjoyed this--probably due to the sweetness of the honey which seems perfectly balanced. jlkamenick (7), USA does not count | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 2, 2005 The lightest beer on tap at this Brewpub is what would be expected. Created with the macro beer drinker in mind. Not bad, but I prefer the beers with more complex tastes and body. wunderbier (1267), Tampere, Finland

Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter, dry finish. Medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: I definitely like the honey presence in this beer, but the dryness it imparts takes away from the thirst quenching properties. Andrew196 (1091), Katy, Texas, USA
