Only my second lambic and my first of the cherry variety. I like the bold cherry aroma with hints of sourness. The appearance is what I expected it to be - clear and red with a pink head. The flavor is sweet up front with a tart, slightly acidic finish. I especially like the mouthfeel of this one - very complicated and I like the interplay between sweet and sour. A decent lambic.

Very good. The nose is cherry syrup and tartness. The beer is deep red with a pink head which leaves long lacing. The taste is a wonderful tart cherry. The body is medium thin with just the right tart smack. Good.

Pours fizzy dark pink with a large light pink head. Smells exclusively of cherries. Taste follows the nose perfectly; cherries with a hint of maltiness and slight tartness. Light-bodied with a prickly texture and lots of carbonation; Lindemans Kriek with a slight astringency and fruitiness.

Dark red body with a great pink head. Very nice aroma of fresh cherries and sour cherries. Sweet, refreshing flavour with cherries.

Red pour with hints of blue, white head and lace. Aroma is huge sour cherries. Starts out with the sour cherry goes to a tart then fades to a flat dried cherry almost stale flavor. Medium bodied with aggressive carbonation. A beer I really like and could drink all the time. Very nice

0,375l bottle from Belgium as gift. A very old one, I’ve got it years before. That’s why I can feel the aroma of the cork. By the way it’s a nice fruity one. Light claret color with pink head. Sweet cherry odor. Cherry aroma with a little grain. Medium cherry sour taste, like the fruit. I like it, when I can feel the taste of the fruit and the sugar doesn’t desturb it. Light body with soft carbonation and slick texture. Long sour-sweet cherry finish.

Bottle. Red color with a small pink head. Aroma of cherries with some hints of sourness. Taste, pretty the same. Too sweet for me, but drinkable.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2012 Bottle (750ml) from the Met split w Erica at her apt. Pours a garnet color with a frothy, patchy, clumpy, uneven pink head. Nice-looking. Aroma is wild fruit and I think a little touch of yeast. Tastes of very sweet and tart cherries/strawberry. Not sour or acidic, but very tart and sugary, which makes it mouth-puckering in a different way. Rich flavor, smooth drinking. Very good.
