thebeertourist	3.6 Wakamiya Tanshuu "Emanation" Junmai Daiginjo Bottle from Sake-Kontor, Berlin. Slightly hazy, almost transparent, but a shade of yellow. Herbal aroma, some alcohol, a bit earthy. Sweet fruity flavours, rice, hints of mandarine. Long finish. Quite full body, a bit grainy. A soft, yet sophisticated touch from the Kyoto prefecture. Friday, February 6, 2009
