Nice, fresh aroma, with honey and delicate elderflowers, hints of mint and orange flowers. It’s a quite sweet Mead, although the body is lean; honey flavor with a refreshing flowery touch, elderflowers; it has a correct degree of acidity, but also a trace of bitterness. Very pleasant.
