Aroma is skunky and buttery; taste is watery, thin with slight traces of malt and a bit of hops. Much improved over previous Brews, clean, no off flavors well fermented. Has a nice tart flavor from the Rosa the Jamaica (not on the ingredient list). bumpanella	3.7 Brew Revolution Nyx Black Ale This black coffee ale is nto for everyone, but as a coffee lover I like that the coffee is neither burned nor overly bitter and that the flavor is almost more chocolaty than coffee-ish. ghawener	3 Brew Revolution Maupihaa Draft: Tried both draft and bottle, recommend draft. Copper color with a nice heavy white head, aroma is herbal, spicy and sweet. Taste is heavily spiced, all spice, nutmeg, clove, pepper, very complex. Body is light which is good for the high temp at El Tunco! Food Pairing: Fruit Cake with vanilla ice cream! BrewRevolution	4.6 Brew Revolution Venus Wit Very unique Belgian Wit beer made with a bit of oats in addition to the wheat and malt for some added spice and a dry finish. And then the tropical notes come in with maracuya (passionfruit) and pina (pineapple) and it is not at all a fruit beer but you can smell the pineapple and you get a nice passionfruit on the dry sweet finish Sunday, June 17, 2012
