Caminito Chocos German Wheat Beer
Bottle: Another limited edition seasonal exclusively for Caminito Chocos. Aroma is skunky and buttery; taste is watery, thin with slight traces of malt and a bit of hops. Lacks typical Hefeweizen characteristics, fortunately they have a large beer menu so you’ll find something to wash it down. Food Pairing: A craft beer + Choripan!

Brew Revolution Venus Wit
Its a good fruity aroma that made me expect a sweet beer, but venus is actually quite dry and tart. The carbonation is pleasant and clean

Brew Revolution Nyx Black Ale
This black coffee ale is nto for everyone, but as a coffee lover I like that the coffee is neither burned nor overly bitter and that the flavor is almost more chocolaty than coffee-ish. Its a pretty beer, with a lighter body and mouthfeel than I expected for the appearance.

Brew Revolution Mercurio IPA
This is a darned good citric IPA. It reminds me of grapefruit juice, and as the only IPA in the whole country of El Salvador it is standing on its own for this type of bitterness.

Brew Revolution Maupihaa
spicy almost christmassy aroma, and very clean and warm flavors. This beer is a very pleasantly spicy ale very good on its own or with red meats, and many comfort foods.

Brew Revolution La Odisea Salted Lime IPA
Bottle: Salt dominates the palate & taste, some malt and traces of hops at the end. I guess I should have added lemon, chile and Salsa Inglesa to the mix. Food Pairing: Pretzel.

Brew Revolution Nyx Black Ale
Bottle: Pitch black with off white head. Neutral aroma but potent taste! Starts with a strong coffee (expresso) taste which mellows out into a hoppy refreshing ale. Food Pairing: Belgian Waffles from Mopelia right next door to the micro brewery! Or make you vanilla ice cream float (Vaca Negra in El Salvador)

Brew Revolution Mercurio IPA
Bottle: Amber golden color with heavy solid head. Aroma is great; herbal, citrus, grapefruit, piney lots of hops. Taste is citrus with a nice lingering bitterness. Body is light which makes this a great brew for the El Tunco heat. Food Pairing: pasta at Mopelia right next door to the micro brewery!

Brew Revolution Maupihaa
Draft: Tried both draft and bottle, recommend draft. Copper color with a nice heavy white head, aroma is herbal, spicy and sweet. Taste is heavily spiced, all spice, nutmeg, clove, pepper, very complex. Body is light which is good for the high temp at El Tunco! Food Pairing: Fruit Cake with vanilla ice cream!

Brew Revolution Venus Wit
Very unique Belgian Wit beer made with a bit of oats in addition to the wheat and malt for some added spice and a dry finish. And then the tropical notes come in with maracuya (passionfruit) and pina (pineapple) and it is not at all a fruit beer but you can smell the pineapple and you get a nice passionfruit on the dry sweet finish

Brew Revolution Mercurio IPA
Really balanced IPA. Loads of hop flavor and aromas without overpowering bitterness. Great balance with the caramel hops and the panela.
