hopscotch	3.4 Southern West Side IPA Draft… Pours clear and amber with golden highlights and a small, creamy, white collar. The aroma is too muted – I don’t even know what to say other than there might be a floral hop profile here. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and busy carbonation. The flavor is crisp and moderately bitter. Spicy and citrus-rindy hops. Pithy bitterness in the lengthy finale. Thursday, August 3, 2017
hopscotch	3.9 Southern Jean Claude Van Graham Draft… Clear dark-brown pour with crimson highlights and a small, creamy, beige head. Excellent retention. The aroma is a rich swirl of brownie brittle and vanilla accompanied by a modest measure of dark berries. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and airy carbonation. The flavor is thin and watery up front with light notes of milk chocolate and vanilla on the backside. Mildly acidic and lightly fruity with dark berries in the lengthy finish. hopscotch	3.2 Southern Jam Session IPA Draft… Pours crystal clear and golden with a mid-sized, white head. Good retention with thick lacing left behind. The aroma features super-subtle notes of pale grains and peppery hops – it’s difficult to pull much of anything from the glass though. Medium-bodied with gentle carbonation. The flavor trends bitter - pithy and lightly grainy. Crisp, clean finish with lingering bitterness. Needs more… everything. Wednesday, August 2, 2017
hopscotch	2.7 Southern Florida Pils Draft… Hazy straw-colored pour with a small, fleeting, white head. The aroma is so very faint – white bread, white pepper and lemon. Light-bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is perfectly balanced, crisp and clean, but borders on being totally nondescript. Refreshing, but so is seltzer. Wednesday, August 2, 2017

Big cheese and foot, definitely in a bad way, distracts from anything else in the aroma. Cheese and funk in the flavor as well, light tartness, lemon peel, standard doughy malt bill. Gross. Arôme sur une fine note de Galaxy, pointe de melon, un peu éclipsé par le côté herbacé d’un houblon et rétro biscuité du malt. Palais est malté, cara, grillé bien présent, fini sec avec un aspect poudreux et café. Effervescence en basse-moyenne avec une fine note de chocolat amer sur la fin. Arôme est houblonné, léger fruité, note de seigle modérée, pointe de levure en rétro avec une pointe herbacée. Palais de seigle se fait bien présent, épais avec un léger résiduel de grains. Pointe houblonnée notamment d’agrumes, fini sec et un grains qui reste un peu trop au devant pour vraiment laisser la place aux houblons. Tuesday, July 14, 2015
sebletitje	2.7 Southern Inglorious Hefe 4oz draft @ Southern Brew. Dorée trouble moyen mais un peu ’off’ pour une Hefe presque trop filtrée, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet ester léger, fine note épicée, et fleurie. Palais est léger et je ne perçois pas spécialement trop du profil Hefe surtout dans l’usage de la levure. Profil houblonné est moyen virant sur le noble; fleuri et finement citronné. Je ne note pas non plus le côté épicé typique du style. Tuesday, July 14, 2015

Arôme est léger, agrumes et houblonné fin malté rappelant un malt Munich et pâle, petite note fruitée noire en rétro. Palais est doux avec une petite note caramélisée, sucre résiduel, pointe de fruits noirs ne fin de bouche avec un accompagnement houblonné restant assez noble. Le profil général demeure un peu plus centré sur les agrumes que la version californienne. Tuesday, July 14, 2015
