thegreenrooster	3.2 Alpha I Do Brew Pour is a clear gold with almost no head at all. Aroma is white sugar and coriander. Flavor is dry blond malt, a Belgian yeast ester and more of the coriander. More of a tripel and wit combo. It's ok and I don't know why this is so flat. My can says this is now 8% ABV. Saturday, February 17, 2024
ClarkVV	2.7 Alpha Peach Pie Funk Tapped tap, 2/13/24. Clear lemon-brass, no head. Heavily sour, lots of acetic, lots of lactic, lots of acidic peach. Acid! Some malt, at least. Cinnamon, graham cracker, pie crumbles, granola. Not anywhere as sour as the nose. Flabby texture. Granola-like flavor lingering is weird. Not sure what's going on here. Tuesday, February 13, 2024
jandd1983	3.5 Alpha Junk Drawer On tap. It poured a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma was of citrus, hops and cream. The taste was similar to the aroma with more citrus, hops, cream, florals with medium carbonation and a nice smooth aftertaste. Not bad. Monday, April 17, 2023

Brigadier	3.8 Alpha Guava Brett On tap in Saint Louis A punchy fruit beer packs an attitude that almost feels like someone shipped a barrel of lambic to a tropical island. For a warm summer evening this certainly offered a refreshing change of pace. AROMA / APPEARANCE Tangy guava, acidic vinegar, and blasts of tropical fruit power upwards with an intensely sour focus. The core retains a soft orange glow. FLAVOR / PALATE Orange Tang, guava, and blue cheese empower the palate with a tropical texture that borders on sour. The citrus core then lingers in the throat for a long time. This balanced memorable sour puts Alpha on the map for me as a place to possibly visit if I am ever back in Missouri. Bif	3.4 Alpha Swingle 16oz can. Pours a golden color with a fair head. Aroma of citrus, bit of grass and malt in the background. Taste of citrus, Light grain and bit of lime. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, smooth and quite refreshing. Much better than expected. Wednesday, December 14, 2022

tfontana	3.3 Alpha Parity Error Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy pale yellow with no sparkle, ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is strong cat piss. Taste is strong cat piss with peach and citrus complements and late yeast and cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp dry finish as taste. Overall, good strength but the cat piss is a bit much. Kudos for the effort and if you like that sort of thing you’ll love this. Wednesday, July 27, 2022

Aroma is tart fruit and wood foeder. Taste is tart fruit, lemongrass, foeder and light pepper. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with bubbly texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, one of the more pleasant Brett beers I’ve had. Well made. Aroma is musky and light stone fruit. Taste is stone fruit forward over musk and cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Aroma is strong tart fruit. Taste is strong tart fruit, tobacco, caramel malt and Pinot noir, light smoke. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice mix and balance of flavors. Tolerable tart! Wednesday, July 27, 2022

Aroma is strong tart fruit, Chardonnay grape and oak. Taste is as aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Mr.Spooks	3.3 Alpha Divine Intervention Curious blonde ale, with the blood oranges not leaving the pint too sweet or tart; grainy malts provide an nice base, and the Hallertaus complement the citrus. There’s a funky note underneath, though, and I can’t tell if it’s due to yeast or maybe from dry-hopping with such a strong Noble hop. It’s not unpleasant—it actually adds a nice earthy layer to the beer—but it’s unexpected. Not bad. Friday, April 30, 2021
