4.1 Oxford Mississippi Pale Ale No. 8 Nice off-white head with an aroma containing a hoppy quality that is very pleasing to the senses. It has a mild hoppy front side that slides into a piney, citrus based middle and a bitter finish. Damn nice! Now, get this beer brewed in Oxford, and get the hell out of Alabama. 4.8 Oxford Mississippi Pale Ale No. 8 What a great beer. Outstanding flavor and appearance. Dont let the higher price keep you from drinking Mississippis best beer. I plan on drinking this for a long long time. Hotty Toddy. Saturday, August 10, 2013

3.3 Oxford Sorority Blonde While a style that won’t get beer geeks too excited, this one is perfect for the first brewery in Oxford. Light straw color pour with good carbonation. Hits the mark again for not being too sweet. Not much going on but more importantly no flaws that stick out, and one that should do well with mass appeal. Not my bag but one I certainly would rather drink on the Grove tailgating than most anything else I’d be likely to encounter. Saturday, August 10, 2013

3.6 Oxford Mississippi Pale Ale No. 8 Well done Mason and crew! First out of the gate and I think also the first successful APA brewed in Mississippi. Pours amber gold with a nice head. Good grassy hop aroma, with biscuity and caramel notes. Crisp, easy drinking, light on the bitterness but well balanced keep it from leaning too sweet. Uncomplicated and well made.
