Der Geruch verhält sich wie der Antrunk : kaum wahrnehmbar getreidig bis neutral. Auch die unauffällige Hopfung hilft nicht das Bier aus der Kategorie "Plörre" heraus zu bekommen. Pours copper with an arguably beige head. Malty aroma. Some fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is malty with some arguably grassy hop. Finishes on a sweet note. I do not think this is a Helles. Given the ABV I put the rating here rather than under St. Bonifatius Premium Craft Beer. Sure seems more of a bock than a Helles.
